Clean facilities, great service. I have been a long time customer. The only problem I had on this particular time is I asked the person who helped me to talk to the mechanic about a problem I was having with my vehicle. I don't think he told him or if he did I still had the same problem when I left. But I will take my car back, I know mistakes are going to be made.

Pleased with service Went in with a diagnosis on the code from Onstar. Had the dealership do a diagnostic fee to determine the codes reading. Gathered cost and determined that I could have the car repaired for a cheaper cost elsewhere. My vehicle is 5 years old, extended warranty had expired. Parts not covered in expired warranty anyways. Pleased to have a loaner car during the time my car was in the shop.
Great service I loved the atmosphere. The employees where well knowledged and where able to find me a car that fits my needs at a great price.
Friendly Service Dept. Review I worked with the Service Advisor Nick, which he has been great with following-up and keeping me informed as repairs were made on my vehicle. While the initial issue has been repaired some other issues still need to be resolved, but can't because the issue cannot be duplicated when I bring my vehicle to the service department, which has been very frustrating. Overall Nick has been great as well as the tech Bobby that went on a couple drives with me to see if we could duplicate the issue.
