can't follow through with promises the service was excellent, but when i bought the car i was promised a free loaner car would be available when necessary. i scheduled my service appointment in advance, but when i dropped the car off they said no loaners were available due to some gm fleet deal. that's not my problem, i was promised something that was not delivered upon, even though i scheduled in advance. do you really think i'll recommend your dealership to others or even consider this dealership for future purchases.
