Front desk was good...polite, cordial and smiling...i even made a lil joke and she laughed...went to back with my mom and the mammo tech was sooo sooo nice, caring and concerned about my mom just to make sure what would be best way to take the mammo pics without putting my mom in a position that could make her fall or give her pain. She made us feel very comfortable...and you could tell she enjoys her job and and the patients too!
Went to get a follow up on a nodule in my lung today that was supposed to be followed up on in 2013 but fell through the cracks because of all my other health issues. I am happy I went in tonight as the technician says “do you have Scoliosis?” I said no just surgery on my shoulder, problems with my neck and back. She said well I am going to print you a CD for you to give to your Dr. you need to follow up with him regarding scoliosis and they will let me know about the details on the module as she can see it but not read it. ... read more
Dan is really nice, friendly and makes you feel comfortable with the MRI. It’s the most comfortable MRI bed I recall being in. You are given a bulb to squeeze if you need to talk to him while you are in the MRI so that adds extra security to your procedure and peace of mind. The staff up front were pleasant and helpful in answering my questions about pricing. You wear “scrubs” for your MRI. Nice. No gown. Everyone was very friendly and professional,I would definitely recommend this place for any imaging needs
I went for cervical and lumbar x-rays. The front desk only listed lumbar. So, when the lumbar was finished my chart was closed. I had to wait to have front desk reopen my chart so I could get the cervical done too. Meanwhile, the tech I had left so someone else had to take over. Poor communication but great service from the ray techs.
I was there for 1 1/2 hours for a test that took 10 minutes. The packed waiting room was dirty and the restroom was out of order. Hopefully I'll never have to go back there again.
I take the bus so the building was hard to find. I finally asked security and they gave me a ride on the golf cart right to the front door. It is a very busy office. I didn't wait long and was treated very professionally by the staff. The tech that did my mammogram was great. All in all I had as good experience
This place sucked! Front desk ppl were stupid rude and more worry about feeding her face then helping us who had questions or concerns. I blew up on the front desk chick with the glasses cuz she let someone cut me in line because she said she just has a question. I did too why do u think i was in line! Dummy. Then ther front desk guy was an idiot ad well he let another lady cut me in line. Like come on ppl u see ur line is long im standing in front of ur face and then they say i didnt see you! She seen me shes just an idiot ... read more
The techs need more experiencing before they go around poking patients' arms, looking for veins that are perfectly plump and right before their eyes. I got poked three times before an experienced tech came and inserted my IV tube properly.
