Been going there forever, and no matter how busy they get they welcome you with a smile and make you feel comfortable!
The front staff was efficient while clearly stressed and busy. The entire facility is nice clean and the back staff were all very courteous and sweet.
When appointment was being setup on the phone I recieved wrong instructions and got the wrong address.. But thanks to Google I found the right address. Showed up a little late for the paper work but staff was super nice and fast. At the end of my appointment I was satisfied.
I like it cuz it’s fast n plus they treat u nice n they care.
I had an overall pleasant experience. My only complaint would be for the instructions to be correct to the exam being done. I was driving from Tulare to Fresno, instructed to drink at least 32 oz of fluid (I thought I was having an ultrasound of my bladder), only to get there and find out that no, it was my kidneys being done, no need to have done that after all. Please better inform patients, that kind of fluid intake/traveling can really be hard on us considering our diagnosis.
If the ceiling in the waiting area is an indication of your visit should you even walk through the door? Medical facilities should be kept clean. Restroom in lobby had a sign attached stating ‘Out Of Order’ yet multiple people entered. When I asked for a restroom the tech was less than interested in directing me to one. Pushed me into changing into scrubs before I was ‘permitted’ to use the restroom. I went in for a shoulder x-ray. The night crew staff is AMAZING!!! (Nothing against the day people those gals are nice too) I had the best experience! Everyone was incredibly nice and super chill. ❤ these people & this place.
