Great customer service and very professional great experience
The nurse was so sweet and the Doctor was very kind. I did not have any bad experience with them. They were very understanding and compassionate with me. Thank you Fresno Imaging for a wonderful job.
The staff was excellent. Debbie, the manager of the Hanford office was an absolute wonder. She got us inn to have the ultra sound at the Fresno office because my husband has a blood clot. She was so understanding and made it happen. Kudos to her! Dr.Bridges (?) was also helpful in explaining the situation. It was a very unstressful experience.
First time going here for myself. But it was fast. And my tech was fast and talked whole time. Only problem was conformation people for appointment not clear on some things.
Today i got the best service ever. Went to get xray on my finger. The waiting time was awesome....! Assistant was pleasant n very quick.
Even though it was busy, I was in and out pretty fast. Staff was great. I was overall impressed
Very respectful people I do hate MRIs but it was fast 30 mint going for another one today .
It was fast and convenient i had an appt so it was even quicker
Had to wait for about 45 minutes before being seen but I was a 12:30pm walk in.. � But the staff was awesome.. very polite, attentive and very knowledgeable about their positions, they were able to answer the many questions I had about the exrays I was taking as well and how to find them on there website site. Would recommend them if you like a friendly and professional place to take your exrays.. �
