RecommendedI've been to the Thousand Oaks location about a dozen times in the last seven years. Each time I've been checked in almost immediately and I've never waited longer than 10-15 minutes, to be seen. It's impeccably clean and all the workers are very kind, considerate and willing to assist in any way possible.

RecommendedI am very claustrophobic and the technician made me very comfortable and was able to complete the MRI without stopping. That was a first !!
The receptionist tells you it’ll be an hour when it took 3 1/2hrs. Then two women walked in during our wait and walked into the wrong building. The receptionist directed them to the correct building. The women thank her then asked if she could call to let them know they’re on their way & the receptionist said she would but she never called anyone. One of these ladies used a walker & could have hurt herself rushing to the correct building.

RecommendedI arrived a little early, check in was at 8:00AM and the procedure was scheduled for 8:30. By 8:00 I was already filling out some preliminary paperwork. As I was signing the last form, the tech appeared and led me to the back. I was prepped and on the table before 8:10. The tech got right to work and by the time I was scheduled to begin, I was done and walking out the door. If I was to boil down the experience to just three words, they would be friendly, efficient and professional.
