I arrived at the office at about 7:10 am and was out in less than 45 minutes. My case was professionally handled by the staff. I will not hesitate to recommend Fresno Imaging Center to friends and aquatances .
The staff at Fresno Imaging Center were friendly from the moment I walked in. The wait was not long at all and the technician who took my MRI made sure I was comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were attentive to patients and were quick to assist. Demetria was very kind and informative. �
Rep was kind and helpful. The actual process was fairly quick with the exception of the 20-25 minutes waiting. If you are claustrophobic then you may have a hard time in the waiting room because it gets crowded and you are on other people's toes due to such a small waiting room. Otherwise, good service.

Without going into my medical history, I have had several MRI's. Yesterday's experience was far the worst. Does not make sense you come up to the counter so they can send you to another counter. I checked in the first counter at 12:20 went to the other counter took another 30 mins to be checked in. For a 1 pm appointment and another 30 mins to get called back.
