I had several scheduling issues for my mri and a lot of different information for different people. I'm claustrophobic and need to be sedated and they screwed that up multiple times. I went in today for the third time, after they had ti reschedule my appointment because they ran out of sedation, the lady on the phone guaranteed that it would be there today, and I get there and they still don't have it. Not to happy with this place. Never feel welcomed when I enter. The people who work in the front are not very friendly. Today I had to walk out because it was taking way to long! I had to sit there and watch people who came in after me go in before me. My time is also valuable & I have things to do!!!! I am also battling a middle ear infection. Walking in could be a little harsh, there was 3 ladies at the counter none of them acknowledge me, let a lone spoke to me about my appointment. After they check me in the process was a lot smoother, tech was good an after all a good visit.
I had a bone density test done and my technician was very friendly and I was seen right away!
Always nice & personal environment. I have had my yearly mammogram with Fresno Imaging for years. It feels comfortable. Thank you to the staff

Great place, very helpful and friendly. Went for an MRI with really bad back pain and wasn't sure I would be able to do it. Matt really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and then coached me through it!
Great staff and speedy service. Definitely recommend.
The staff in the back are so rude! They had me take out a dirty diaper from their trash can in the bathroom! Horrible! That's a bathroom where trash go to!
