I have been informed that this company does NOT have Building Control approval for the duct work installed to the rear of my property . Details have been submitted to Greenwich building control and they will be visiting the property, trying to talk with anyone at this company is beyond a joke..
The reviews are not lying. Worst people are working there. They can close the water and electricity at any time without explanation. The lifts aren’t working for years. And they always rude to visitors, also sometimes they use fiscal violence to a woman if she’s alone and not protected.
Have now left me without heating for four days and are refusing to do anything about it even though it’s my legal right to have heating.
