One doctor in particular is not very good. Doesn't bother to read patients medical records and gives out medication that patients are allergic to. If they just spent 30 seconds to read a patients medical records they would see this. Now two days after getting over Covid my elderly mother is vomiting down the toilet thanks to the prescription she's been given, that she's allergic to, that the doctor never checked.
Always found the staff friendly helpful and professional. The doctors always listen to you,treat you as an individual and go out of their way to solve any medical problems.Dr. Dwivedi is the most patient and competent doctor I have come across.
I dread ringing this surgery, and it’s something you need to do a lot of as they are continually messing up my prescriptions, they don’t seem to have any interest in helping put things right. I’ve found that as time has gone on my level of anxiety has increased, I find myself being anxious defensive and f increasingly angry
