Sent an email enquiry after a phone conversation. Sales person Lana could not have been more disinterested if she had been trying. I sent the email anyway but could tell there would be no reply to it with the way she spoke. Avoid. Terrible customer service. Left review on Facebook and they blocked me and removed the review
Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom fitted by Fresh. Had a few issues which were all sorted out in a quick and professional manner, job took slightly longer than anticipated ...but well worth the wait. Thanks especially to Jacob the fitter who is an absolute gem and a real asset to this company. Thanks again , would definitely recommend Fresh Kitchens and Bathrooms
Would highly recommend Fresh!! Scott and his team done and amazing job and kept me updated every step of the way… Any issues were swiftly dealt with and I now have a bathroom I always wanted. I will gladly have them back in the future for my WC and kitchen. Thanks again…

Absolutely delighted with our finished bathroom. The workmanship was 1st class - it was a big job (2 rooms knocked into one) in an old house but Craig and his team dealt with every problem encountered. They were extremely tidy and left a clean house every night. Thanks to Scott for his patience at the planning stage and to Lana for checking in with us
