After many years of this being my sole source of petrol and a large source of my weekly groceries, today will be my last visit. ALL petrol pumps are now 'pay in advance,' without any instructions on how to do so. I don't think I'm a stupid person. I have a Master's degree. But I couldn't figure how how to make the damn things work, and there were no instructions. It gets better. I asked a staff member. HE didn't know either, FFS. Way to treat your loyal customers.
