Cleaning girls are great but management is a shambles. We listened for an hour about how they would never let us down or cancel a clean. Today with one day notice we are told that they have no cleaners tomorrow and then have invented a summer break, leaving us without a clean for a month. There’s a reason they’ve disabled Facebook reviews. Avoid at all costs
We have been using Fresh & Cleans for several months now, on a fortnightly basis. They have always been professional in both their work and how they have interacted with us. On several occasions we have had to request a time change or even a day change to our regular booked slot, due to clashes with hospital appointments, in every instance they have accommodated us and kept us updated.
Sadly they started off OK but then quickly became unreliable. They are unable to provide services within their expansion. OK for cleaning but nothing else. Trying to run before they can walk means they let people down at last minute, not once but twice
Fresh & Cleans have provided an excellent service from day one. The attention to detail the team has is excellent and leave my house spotless. Cheryl is very catering to my needs and provides an excellent value for money.
I have used Fresh and Cleans for the past 12mths since my old cleaner retired, absolutely love the service and the standard of work is high which is needed as I’m very particular, all the extra touches Cheryl and her team include is lovely. Cheryl only uses the highest level of staff, all very pleasant, helpfull and go the extra mile. Highly recommend this firm👍
