We’ve been patient enough waiting for Dan to get back to us, the communication has been appalling. It’s really disappointing considering we paid for the most expensive option. We didn’t have any visible mould before the valet but paid for the full clean anyway and mould appeared a couple of days following the service. Never received any service, only text message from Craig blaming generator, week after a bad weather, 3rd attempt nobody turn up so I call him and after 6s he just put the phone down, discussing service, avoid!
Sorry i was really unimpressed with my valet, I paid £75 to hopefully rid the car of a stale smoke smell which I appreciate is no easy task, but when I got back in the car it still absolutely stank of smoke- there was no fresh clean car smell at all, just damp seats. A friend of mine who owns a rug doctor went over all the seats, carpet and roof today and the water that he sucked back out was filthy so it makes me wonder what I paid for? We had horrible mould in the car and contacted the services in Plymouth. The person who came out was Dan. He robbed us of 105 GBP. Mould re appeared in a day and when we checked the back seat it was still dirty. Will never go back to this company. Contacted Dan to come back to clean it again and Dan has not returned.
Daniel was polite, professional and his work was exceptional cleaning the outside of my Volvo XC90. I have now giving him a fortnightly booking to clean my car inside and out once a fortnight, plus Ceramic coating in April. Highly recommend him.
