On 3 occasions I’ve over taken vehicles belonging to this company. 2 drivers where watching films/programs/videos on there phone or tablet, the other driver was driving on his phone. The driver that was on the phone, I pulled in to a lay-by to get his registration number, the vehicle spotted what I was trying to do, then tried to run me over. All caught on camera.
