I was sorry to see that my favorite service rep was gone. I liked Trish. However, Kevin Nessel was a very good substitute. A very nice, personable representative for your company. The service was fast and good. Almost perfect, but your service department replaced the wrong light. However, when it was pointed out that they did the service tech was quickly summoned and he replaced the correct light. I really appreciate have a reliable and friendly place to take my care.
