I am having great services from service dept. Whenever I visit to service. Especially, mr. Kevin always helping me at excellent level.
Service was great all around. Cashier, shuttle driver and service tech were all great and friendly.
Excellent!! We had an emergency. My daughter just got back in town and was leaving to go to graduate school in Seattle. She was leaving Sunday morning early. Before that she was working at a kids camp in the San bernardino mountains and her car was involved in the recent flash flood. Her bumper came off. She kept it. She only had a week to pack and get everything together before she left. We called Freeway Saturday morning. Kevin was amazing! We brought it in and he put it back together!! We are so grateful !! Your service gave me exceptional service !your specialists were all very polite, the service was done in the time given to me to do the work, and it was explained to me what was done when I picked up my Civic. Your new waiting room is very comfortable, and I appreciated the free coffee while I waited.
Good experience overall. The advisor said they need to order a bracket for one of my parking sensors and they would reach out. Been several days and no word yet.
