The oil change service was alright but I was put off a little by a lack of interest in looking at my A/C problem. About 95% of the time over the last few months my A/C had been blowing hot air but it just so happened that it was working normally the week leading up to my service appointment and the rep said it had to be broken to look at it. I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and determined to make sure all of my needs were met in finding exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Freeway Honda.
Very pleasant. The service manager was courteous, he called for an update on the estimate, the car was ready and cleaned when promised.
Sales associate was great! Very happy to answer questions, nice man. The negotiation process could have had better communication (supervisor, sales associate), but at the end of the day. Pedro Vargus in Finance was very kind and accommodating.

It was great. I thought I had to wait for a long time before a tech will see me. I was very imprest
It was good I would of liked to be helped sooner but as far as getting the job done they did
So far so good. But, I still have problem with my bluetooth on my car. Hope they can resolve this issue soon.
