received warm welcome from service tech, got the car done in time as he promised - free carwash was a big plus, thanks Freeway Honda.
The Service Center was well maintained and the service personnel was very courteous right from the Usher/Receiver to the Service Advisor. The entire service request was carried out smoothly with minimal waiting and paperwork as also great offer rates. The actual service was quick and efficient and the vehicle was made ready well within the estimated times. Overall a great experience, thanks to the efficient staff present.

Great service!! Took my Honda Odessy for some recalls and for repair on the back tail gate. Going to a repair shop is never fun but this experience was painless. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. He had a great sense of humor which was wonderful. He kept me informed throughout the process and called with information or updates as promised. My car was ready as promised.

I enjoyed how Victor Torres explained all the functions in the Odyssey including why its done a certain way. He also allowed my cousin to test drive the car halfway back to the dealership so I can feel how comfortable it is in the second row of the van. I also appreciated that Victor went to SD to get the car in the color that I requested. I dealt with the pricing online and the pricing at Freeway Honda was decent, not the lowest but decent but it was the service that sealed the deal.
