They are not very prompt in supplying documents which have been requested it took a matter of months to receive the requested document and trying to get in touch by phone is very difficult
If there was a 0 star award, Freetricity would scoop 1st prize. Dismal company, flippant and oozing arrogance once the panels are installed - not one bit interested after that !!!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Due to poor instalation o solar panels (not installed with leg support) had many broken roof tiles and leakage which went even to my bedroom. Company fixed tiles but dont want to fix part of rafter which become rotten after leakage. Each phone call is another lie. People from company changing their mind every phone call and asking for written proofs of our agreement. If you need to deal with them always ask for email infos. Absolutely vile company AVOID AT ALL COST! walked on to private property taking photos was not asked for concent. Also informed this company now 3 time to call on a wknd due to I having cancer and I cannot access where they need to be .. rude staff no respect for the household what so ever despite been told face to face and verbally in July 2024, and December 2024, and again in person.. i don't need this harassment i am not well it is not my fault you don't workwknds
