Freeman Toyota is run by lying, losers. Bought a 2006 Sequoia and added the Platinum Extended Warranty coverage. BIG MISTAKE. They just ratted out of making a repair that was NOT excluded according to my contract. They placed the blame on the company in Houston that handles the coverage (Extra Care). If you end up buying one of their vehicles, do not, under any circumstances, buy the worthless extended coverage which their sales people will claim covers the vehicle "bumper-to-bumper". Excellent Service Department I have had nothing but exceptional service from Freeman and will not take my Tundra anywhere else. I cannot speak for their Sales department. I am a single female but have never been treated like I was stupid. I have 6 brothers and grew up around cars - I do not feel as though I have been cheated any time I have gone in for service. I got a loaner car each time the service was either delayed or over a certain dollar amount. I was not ever inconvenienced. Recommend.

"Crooks" screwed me into a lease!!! This dealership screwed me into a lease. I was told that it was not a lease and that it was special financial but after 1&1/2 years of paying $506.00 a month (yes that is $506.00 on a freaking lease) I discovered that it was a 4 year lease. (who does that) I went in a spoke to the Manager who couldn't explain why that happened but then tried to screw me into another car. Bottom line is this dealership is very, very dishonest.
