Service Department takes advantage I went in to get a tune up and see if I needed a timing belt. I was told that I would be happy to know that I didn't have to have a timing belt because I had a chain and he could do several other services for the price of the belt. I was expecting to pay around $600 and he showed me the estimate of over $900. The Worst Dealer Ever I got the run around and the delay tactics trying to buy a 2007 Camry. Spent over six hours trying to get a resonable price. All of the Staff members are deceitful people especially Tad the supposed supervisor. The Manager Victor Bernal is no angel either. Price mysteriously sky rockets after signing contract. When asking for a copy of the contract, sales person blantantly lies in your face that you already have one. Freeman Toyota is run by lying, losers. Bought a 2006 Sequoia and added the Platinum Extended Warranty coverage. BIG MISTAKE. They just ratted out of making a repair that was NOT excluded according to my contract. They placed the blame on the company in Houston that handles the coverage (Extra Care). If you end up buying one of their vehicles, do not, under any circumstances, buy the worthless extended coverage which their sales people will claim covers the vehicle "bumper-to-bumper". Worst Place Ever We went in after being told that we could purchase a 2009 Toyota Corolla with zero money down...The salesman was great but when we got to the financing DEPARTMENT IT WAS NOTHING BUT unsatisfactory....We signed papers on the car took it home had it a week then got a phone call that they never had the loan approved but yet we signed the bill of sale and the transfer of title on my trade in...We were also told to transfer insurance and that our plates would be in with in 21 days...We were told to bring the car ... read more
