STAY AWAY from Freeman Toyota. I have never purchased a Toyota from them, their sales were the most rude. It is no wonder that they are losing sales. I had few Service related issues with them. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to a friend or a foe. Their Techs are mostly clueless. Once I had a question about the transmission fluid, how often that needed to be replaced on a new Toyota, they could not figure it out for more than several hours.
Pleasing experience BJ kept his verbal agreement the next day at the dealership. The purchase was kept simple and straight forward. I was pleased with the overall process.
Beware...this is no bargain!!! I went to this dealership to buy a Tundra and got absolutely no deal. They wanted to sell me a 2009 Tundra for 31+ and then I went to Durant Toyota in Weatherford...thanks to a previous post, and I got a great deal. They were very curtious, and gave a nicer Tunder for about 5,000 less than here. I gave them a fair shot and they lost. I will recommend Durant to anyone over Freeman!!!
OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dealt directly with the fleet manager BJ but when we went to pick up the car we had 2-3 employee's showing us all about my daughters new car. They had her car sitting in the middle of the showroom with a HUGE red bow on it!
GREAT DEAL & BETTER PEOPLE Rossain Hossain and Dee Wiggins helped me get into a new Camry and gave me 0%! The entire staff was the friendliest group out of the 4 different Toyota dealerships I visited. I will recommend Freeman Toyota to anybody i know looking for a new or used car.
Freeman Toyota of Hurst, Texas I have bought 4 new cars at this dealership in the last 6 years, and have had them all serviced there according to Toyota's published maintenance schedule. The sales department has been completely fair and honest with me, and they have never tried to sell me a car at a price over the MSRP, unlike some dealers with popular models.
