OUTSTANDING! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dealt directly with the fleet manager BJ but when we went to pick up the car we had 2-3 employee's showing us all about my daughters new car. They had her car sitting in the middle of the showroom with a HUGE red bow on it!

"Crooks" screwed me into a lease!!! This dealership screwed me into a lease. I was told that it was not a lease and that it was special financial but after 1&1/2 years of paying $506.00 a month (yes that is $506.00 on a freaking lease) I discovered that it was a 4 year lease. (who does that) I went in a spoke to the Manager who couldn't explain why that happened but then tried to screw me into another car. Bottom line is this dealership is very, very dishonest. stay away!!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They try to screw you for every penny they can get. I would highly recommend Durant Toyota in Weatherford. They save us $8,000 compared to Freeman's "deal". They were very rude, very dishonest!!!! Stay away or you will regret it!!!!

horrible dealership This is by far the worst dealership my wife and I had been toI am 65 years old and have bought alot of vehicles in my life and have never had a deal this bad. I agree with previous posters these people are crooks...watch out for the "fine print" in your contract because all it is are extra charges. The managers have no spine and sales men are cowards!!! I would never recommend them to anyone.

Freeman Toyota of Hurst, Texas I have bought 4 new cars at this dealership in the last 6 years, and have had them all serviced there according to Toyota's published maintenance schedule. The sales department has been completely fair and honest with me, and they have never tried to sell me a car at a price over the MSRP, unlike some dealers with popular models.
