Service Department takes advantage I went in to get a tune up and see if I needed a timing belt. I was told that I would be happy to know that I didn't have to have a timing belt because I had a chain and he could do several other services for the price of the belt. I was expecting to pay around $600 and he showed me the estimate of over $900. STAY AWAY from Freeman Toyota. I have never purchased a Toyota from them, their sales were the most rude. It is no wonder that they are losing sales. I had few Service related issues with them. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to a friend or a foe. Their Techs are mostly clueless. Once I had a question about the transmission fluid, how often that needed to be replaced on a new Toyota, they could not figure it out for more than several hours.

The Worst Dealer Ever I got the run around and the delay tactics trying to buy a 2007 Camry. Spent over six hours trying to get a resonable price. All of the Staff members are deceitful people especially Tad the supposed supervisor. The Manager Victor Bernal is no angel either. Price mysteriously sky rockets after signing contract. When asking for a copy of the contract, sales person blantantly lies in your face that you already have one. Worst Place Ever We went in after being told that we could purchase a 2009 Toyota Corolla with zero money down...The salesman was great but when we got to the financing DEPARTMENT IT WAS NOTHING BUT unsatisfactory....We signed papers on the car took it home had it a week then got a phone call that they never had the loan approved but yet we signed the bill of sale and the transfer of title on my trade in...We were also told to transfer insurance and that our plates would be in with in 21 days...We were told to bring the car ... read more
