I have been a service director at new car dealerships for over 20 years my good friend Diane Dorman has been having issues with her vehicle since she got it ! I'm not sure why the management and crew has not had a field engineer look at it or offered a buy back based of the service history of this vehicle! I don't have the service records but based of the complaints it seems it would qualify if someone actually looked into it or cared

Great service department. Shawn Anderson takes good care of me. I bought my second Enclave here because of the great service all around. Mark Gremminger in service and Bill Finn in Finance are also reasons I love this dealership. They are all great people to work with.
