I brought my car for a problem with my headlight to get fix drop on the 02/07 waiting 6 hours because they didn’t have a loaner then I was told it was gone take even longer so I paid the deductible and was scheduled for the next week and now I had to wait 2 weeks and I stay a hour away from them but never received anything for my inconvenience
Caitlin was very helpful. Took a long long time but I think I brought them a problem they don't deal with very much. They were all very courteous and helpful. Completely satisfied!
Not the service department. I called yesterday to confirm I still had a free oil change. I asked specifically if it was expired and was told no, it was good. Went today, handed a bill for it. Told it was expired. Would not let me talk to the manager. Manager hasn’t returned my request to be called back.
For one they had my 2012 Denali is been wanting for over 10 years. The experience was the best and they take care of me every time I get is serviced. 5 stars

Will never use them again...Service Dept is horrible and have your car for weeks and never really fix the problems. Finance Dept sells you "extended warranty"packages that cover nothing. Bought two cars there on the same day. My husbands truck has been in and out of the shop too many times to count. Service Engine light is always on. Take it to shop they claim to fix and a week later, right back on.
