Experience with Mike Dumas and Manny was awesome!!
Took my daughter truck shopping, found a truck she was interested in. Following day she went with her husband to take a test drive she was denied test drive because original sales guy wasn’t there. She was interested in 2021 canyon. So not only did y’all lose one sale but lost 2. If customer service is like this before sale what is it like afterwards?
Mike Dumas by far was the best car salesman I have ever had and I’m 61 years old ... NO STRESS ...I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely go back Mike when it’s time for me to get another one! Everyone including Manny were an absolute pleasure to work with!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!!! I have called and talked to countless people for months trying to get my license plates. All they tell me is they mailed my registration sticker 4 months ago nobody will tell me where my license plates are. They always say they are going to call back and never do. Now I have to go pay for new plates even though I already paid for them when I bought my car. My 2019 GMC Acadia has been to the shop 3 times for a 3rd row seat cable release. Twice they have ordered the wrong part, now they claim they need to order a handle to finish the repair. Each time the service advisor stated they would call me on updates if my vehicle. However, each time I have had to call them the service advisor just keeps making ridiculous excuses for the poor communication. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

This was the easiest purchase we have made with great hospitality! Mike Dumas provided excellent service from start to finish! Manny in financing was excellent as well and got our payment under where we wanted to be. Highly recommended you go see these guys as they exceeded our expectations!
We purchased 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and are having major issues with the truck! Called service department, they immediately said it sounds like the torque converter! They offered us a loaner...a small suv but the loaners are a week out! Mind you, we purchased this truck for business! Our busiest time and we have to be able to pull a lift...none of the loaner vehicles will allow this. The service manager actually suggested we try to rent from Enterprise!
