Service Department is a mess. We took time out of our day to bring our Yukon in for service. We had an appointment and they knew we needed a loaner. We waited for a while just for them to come back and say they had no loaners. We made another appointment for 2 days later. Yet again, no loaner. They in turn tell us that we didn’t buy a vehicle from them, so we’re not priority. A service writer called us this morning to make sure and tell us that,”there is absolutely no problem on their end! Lost my business for good. Very disappointed
Can’t tell you about the dealership but I can tell you the service department is ok with not helping a family with 3 kids in a GMC truck from out of state! We had a blowout on our camper on the interstate and were able to change it but the tire was really low. We pulled off and saw The dealership! We pulled in and were turned away! Told no! Jesus and Brian made my purchase easy and quick would recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to check these guy out.
I’m pretty sure now I didn’t have to buy an Acadia with annoying Auto stop!! Service has been very poor. Third this in for service on same three things I found in the first week and still didn’t fix things If my drivers seat pops and creaks now wonder what it will sound like at 80k miles They just don’t get it

I would never go back to this dealer I was interested in a car they had for sale and they sent me the price and I agreed to pay it in full later that night they told me the car had gone up in price by 18,000 I sent them the price certificate garante that said they would sell it for the original price and they started ignoring my calls all together.
I really enjoyed the staff at Freeman Grapevine. Jesus Gonzalez was great!! He answered every question and got us a great deal. We were done in less than 3 hours - start to finish. Everyone was so kind.
