They took care of my mother's car and were really nice.
I brought a pre-owned Nissan Armada from Freeman, Mike Dumas helped me to go through all the process, it was the most enjoyable, fastest purchase I have ever made. There was only 1 key when I purchased it, Mike helped to contact the previous own to get it and send to me via FedEx as my home is bit far from Freeman, that's really thoughtful. Stay away they won't support or help even their top customers. We have a nearly $100K GMC Yukon XL Denali that we took in for maintenance like we have from the day we bought it. With around 25k miles on the SUV it needed all 4 tires replaced because the tread was low. We escalated it and still no help from GM no help from the Dealership and No help from the tire manufacturer. We paid cash for the SUV and buy a new car every 2 to 3 years.
