Jerry is one of a kind! He has been so overwhelmingly helpful with all the issues with my vehicle and even taking the time to explain it to my parents in a different state. Whenever a new problem came up, arrangements were always made to see me that day or early the next morning. 12/4/2017 - latest & greatest update - car STILL plagued with electrical issues (approx 2 yrs. 10 visits to svc later AND still an issue)!! Shaking (approx. 7 mos 4-5 visits to svc AND still an issue)!!
