The overall purchase was great. Shone Alestock was great to deal with. The poor rating is for the service department. They do not return calls. The service writer I was dealing with had a very poor attitude.
This is our second car to buy from them and both times have been phenomenal!! The customer service is above and beyond. I definitely recommend them!
