Leaving my truck for a WEEK before your ONLY transmission guy can have a look at it is unacceptable. You wasted my morning. Had I known that before the appointment, I would not have brought my truck to Freeman. Hire more techs if you can't handle your shop load!

My experience with the service department has always been a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff that will really do their best to make sure your vehicle is safe and on the road as fast as possible.

Went to Autozone and had the codes flashed in our 2019 GMC Terrain to show there was an O2 sensor that needed replacement. Took it to the dealership to see if it was under warranty (and if not how much replacement would be). They told us the code which we already knew and said it would be $350 to change an O2 sensor you can buy online for $40. When we decided to shop around, they charged us $120 for a “diagnostic” that we already knew. Terrible service.
