Our gas heater went out...just as the cold snap was really cranking up! I called Freeman and they were great. They sent out the AMAZING Steven Roberts to fix us up. He was professional, knowledgeable and charming, just a delight; this man deserves a raise, Freeman!

I was in the market for fire logs for our fire place. Annette was great & very informative. The installers came promptly and stayed until the job was complete & I had been shown how to use our new remote.
We went to Freeman to look at a small grill that was advertised in the paper. With the help of the folks at the Murphy office, we left with the grill, a new gas heater, and a change of gas providers. When they delivered the new tank, our old one was 90% full so they went back and got a larger tank. Everyone was super helpful and professional. Now all we need is for the old tank to be picked up. Happy and satisfied with our change.
We had Freeman in Ellijay install a propane tank and gas logs in our new home, and were completely satisfied with the experience. Their service crew arrived on time, did a very professional installation, and very patiently gave us instructions on operating the two units. Why call anyone else!
