Rod and Ronnie were out at my new house today to install a new propane tank and hook up the fireplace. They ran into a couple of minor snags but were great about explaining the situation. They got the job done and were very helpful in answering my questions. Great customer service, and very friendly and professional. I would recommend Freeman Gas to my friends and neighbors.
I "inherited" Freeman Gas from the previous homeowner and I am sure glad I did! Angie and Darrell are very friendly and knowledgeable. They represent a family business in the best possible way. Got a good deal on gas logs, but unfortunately the Spartanburg location has missed two installation appointments.... one during the week during work hours, and again on Saturday when we were promised to be first on the list to make up for missing the first appointment - both times we had to change our schedules to accommodate the appointments. Fortunately it’s no emergency. The lack of communication is a problem.
I totally recommend this company. They are very diligent in resolving any issues and provide outstanding customer service. From the President to the local Blue Ridge Service location (thank you Greg), I want to express my gratitude for all involved for your efforts and great attitude in dealing with customers.😃😃

Your drivers need to come to a complete stop at 4 way intersections such as Hwy 11 and 14 instead of barely stopping and rolling through out of turn. 🙄

this wonderful man named Alan came to my grandmother's house and cleaned out her gas heater for her because she thought it was going to go out because of it being clogged up with dust. he did an awesome job .
