Went to my local Freeman Gas Company in Franklin, NC to get my gas grill cylinder filled and just thought I should bring the great customer service I received to everyone's attention! Jeremy Hurst and Bethany Steiert were able to answer every question I had, plus more! Keep up the great work Freeman Gas!

The Freeman Gas located in Franklin, NC is awesome. The customer service that I received from Bethany, Jayme & Doyle in the store front was excellent. They answered ever question I had and offered great suggestions. Then when John and Taylor came out to install the tank they where very professional. We have always had the most amazing customer service from Freeman Gas in Ellijay, GA. We have our cabin and 3 rental units with Freeman. Every visit and every phone call is treated with the greatest courtesy and respect. We had to have a tankless water heater installed urgently and they made it their top priority! We love the staff! Leslie Ann and the whole team feel more like family! We recommend them highly!!!
I visited the Greenville sc location looking for a new set of logs for our home; I have to say that the lady helping me who's name was Lisa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, and was able to help me decide what was my best options for my home! Thank you to the entire staff, but most of all; thank you Lisa! Stopped by the Greenville store a bit ago looking to replace my wood fireplace with gas logs. Met this super sweet lady, think her name was Heather Jones! Took really great care of me. Gave me all kinds of ideas about the logs. Super nice people there...definitely a big help.
