I deal with the Blairsville office, everyone in the office and in the field go out of their way to help their customers they have a reasonable rates on propane and appliances . I was blown away when I walked into their store they have a beautiful showroom if they don't have what you want they will go above and beyond to get the appliance you want!! I dont how we can rate a place that doesnt want yoyr business. I live in Denver, NC and called these people 3 times to get service installed for my new gas stove. Called at 8am and spoke with the secretary and she said she would give the owner the message, no call back. I called again at 1pm spoke with the same lady who said "I gave him your number akeeady", call the next day and again, no call back. I recently bought a new counter stove top and switched from electric to gas. Freeman gas sent out two employees - Jeremy and John - to set us up for gas. They were wonderful! They were polite and professional. They concentrated on getting the line put in and had it done in record time. They even set us up so if we want to add more things to gas it can be easily done (ie - gas logs). Thank you Freeman Gas Company.
From my BF: I dont bitch too often, and not on facebook. But it has taken Freeman gas in spartanburg four days to get a regulator across town. Still hasnt gotten to the office. Yet Amazon prime can get it from lexington ky in two days or less. Wow.
