So they just install gas line to my new gas logs that I bought from freeman Gas in Spartanburg. Great Customer service never had so many friendly people from technicians to sales people way to go thanks a lot
We recently chose Freeman Gas to provide our home with new gas logs and installation,a new firebox, and Propane delivery.We met Salesman John Harrell who helped us decide on the best propane products for our home.John demonstrated his in depth product knowledge and also patience due to our many visits to the showroom.The instillation crew installed our logs and checked our tank and system for leaks. I went to the showroom to talk to them about getting a fuel tank for my house. I had gas logs and a 100 lb tank but I wanted a larger tank that they filled so I wouldn’t have to take the 100 lb to have it filled. The sales man I think could have cared less about anything, to busy shooting the breeze with the other employees there. They are more expensive than competition and employees answering the phone are very rude.
Today, Mr. Thomas (Tom) Smith came out to get my gas logs up and running. He is dynamic, so knowledgeable. Even gave me a tutorial. So clear. Step by step. We had Freeman Gas Co of Brevard come and install a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater with Control R Wi-Fi Module. The guys were professional, and courteous. Did an excellent job installing everything in a timely manner. Jim went above and beyond answering all our questions, helping get the Wi-Fi set up and explaining how to work the wireless app to adjust and monitor our hot water. No more lack of hot water or blown out pilot lights for us! Highly recommend Jim Burgess and staff at the Brevard office!
