They sold gas logs to my mom. On the day of instal, she had to call and see where they were. The girl said there was an X by her name so they should have already been there. THEN they say they don’t have her logs and can’t get anymore. Their solution... get the smaller ones for the same price or pay more for the bigger ones. Way to make an elderly woman cry the day before Thanksgiving. I am just SHOCKED at their lack of customer service. Stay very far away from this place as it seems like they are just full of hot air...
