Honestly, Freelancer Financials are an absolute God send (and I'm an atheist!). The number of ridiculous hoops that the mortgage lender required us to jump through in order to secure our mortgage extension was crazy - and they employed the most incompetent surveyors on the planet to value the property (yes, Countrywide, I'm talking about you!).
