Great service. Chris arrived within 20 minutes of my call and quickly sorted out my blocked drain. He took the time to explain the cause of the problem, the layout of my drains and showed me that the drain was clear on the cctv camera. All at a substantially lower price than when I'd had the same drain unblocked 6 months earlier by another company. Thank you!

Freeflow recently did a pre-purchase drainage survey for us using CCTV - they provided us with a written report and camera footage which was really helpful as it revealed that the property had some runs of pitch fibre drains which had deteriorated with age and had many defects. They explained everything clearly, were happy to deal with follow up queries and are really lovely to deal with - highly recommend.
