Going to Simon helped me enormously. After years of trying to suppress my thoughts, I finally decided to ask for help. Despite the tiredness I felt after the session, it was as if a kind of magic had happened in my mind: everything that used to feel so close and constantly in my head, suddenly felt light-years away. He helped me so much. I highly recommend him especially for trauma and anxiety. Thank you a lot for everything Simon.
When i started therapy with Simon, I was a nervous wreck, I was so anxious my chest was always in pain, Simon gave me the tools to control that anxiety and now I am finally free from that pain, able to go on with my life without worrying about everything that could happen in the future. I definetely recommend working with Simon.
30 odd years with a fear of flying gone. Not sure how he does it but he does. I liked how he explained how my fear was created, how my brain responded and why it was still there. Helped me wrap my head around it and apply some logical thinking. Highly recommend!
I received a very good care from Simon who helped me with my childhood trauma. It was interesting to see my problem being approached from two different angles (phobia and anxiety) and resolved in two sessions. Simon went extra mile during the second session and increased the session time to finish the treatment. This let me move on with my commitments in my life and made me happy.
