Freedom Caravans Stafford - Absolutely appalling after sales service !! Upon picking up our new Freedom caravan end June 2023, the expert Freedom Caravan staff at Stafford struggled for over half hour to get the main 13 pin lead from the car to the caravan to connect properly and function so that all lights etc from the car worked correctly. They declared that some of the pins were bent and needed straightening and, after over 4 hours of being with them with them going through all the caravan features, we had had enough and ... read more
Mot booked easily and tested quickly. Although we needed some work completing, this was done within the time stated and to the price quoted. We're happy with the service received again and I'm due to return in a couple of weeks for our other car's mot
