Called this law firm on 14th May at 11:50 AM. The receptionist was extremely rude and hung up without even listening to what I had to say. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Not the kind of service you expect when reaching out for legal help.

Simon West has to be the most appalling solicitor I’ve ever come across. ‘Forgets’ to do paperwork, sends emails saying ‘just received this email’ even though it’s dated over a week previously and genuinely couldn’t care less as long as he gets his money.
