Dan came and met my wife and me last Friday and gave us a very honest and realistic appraisal of our property and market conditions. We bought our first house through this estate agents back at the start of the year. Our agent was lovely, quick to communicate and was clearly on top of the process. The only issue was, when viewing the house for the second time they let the seller’s mum take us round it, rather than an agent. That in itself wasn’t an issue. But following this interaction, at somepoint it led to the sellers mum being given our contact details without our permission. Free agent 247 sold my parents' house when many others couldn't and then ours. The service they provide is excellent - they gently helped us to reach the price necessary - lower than what we had hoped, but we were never pushed.
