We departed from the port of tyne Newcastle. From parking to getting on the ship was really easy with no hold ups. Our cabin was clean and comfortable and all activities detailed on a daily newsletter. The staff on the ship were absolutely the best and nothing is too much trouble.. They are a credit to Fred olsen organisation. Food in all the restaurants was brilliant with loads to choose from. Great cruise shame about the chaos and non collection of passengers in CMAC taxis from Southampton. Fred customer service was nil so was CMAC. Left stranded for hours. We're on Bolette in September so let's hope their CS in head office gets some training on how to help stranded passengers and not to aggravate the situation. 5* for the cruise.
