Excellent service. Given Fred had to wait for control box door was fitted immediately it was available and arrived on time and fitted really quickly having removed old door and disposed of on completion. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring a new or relacement garage door.
Our 25 year old up and over garage door developed an issue at 3pm on a Wednesday rendering it unable to close. I contacted Fred Harris at 3.15pm, Nigel called me back at 5pm that day and came over at 8.00am the next morning to carry out a repair. Really pleased with the service, attention to detail and general can-do-attitude. Thanks again Nigel, can highly recommend. As a side comment I also contacted another local company at 3.30pm the same day and 2 days later they still haven't returned my call !!
Called in the morning for a repair on a broken garage door spring/wire. Nigel came midday and fixed it up. Excellent service. I highly rate this company.
