Recommendedmy inlaws recently purchased a used vehicle from them.They had problems with it and were not sure how to proceed. i contacted the manager Gerald and explained the situation to him.He was very kind and helpful.They went out and picked up the car and took care of it and brought it back to my elderly in-laws the same day! they were extremely grateful for their kindness..if you are looking for a vehicle this is a great company..great customer service!

My salesman Dave was top notch and went above the call of duty to make me happy. I test drove multiple models (Explorer and Edge), Limited, Titanium and XLT and Dave was very enthusiastic about showing each model and the pros and cons with each. Learn how to properly inspect their used vehicles. We had purchased a used vehicle that passed Fred Beans inspection. We found problems with the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. At first they did not believe us. We were told by a GMC dealership the car should not have passed inspection. They made a list of the items and signed it.
