t was a great experience buying a truck; Mr. Ahmed respected the customer and was honest and up front. In fact, the whole process was great.
Bought a 2018 Ford Escape, I am really pleased with their quality of service, and thank Chip the salesman for helping make it possible.
This dealership took advantage of someone because they were not experienced at purchasing a car. Would not let them get their own financing even though they wanted to and charged crazy interest rate (has over 800 credit score). Person did not realize they had the right to obtain own financing. Sold her $4,000 worth of nonsense add-ons, car tracking, tire insurance, paint insurance, etc. Would not let her get her own car insurance and had her pay $70 fee to insurance agent for doing her policy. Horrible dealer.
Really easy sales experience. I did a lot of research and shopped around across many of the Ford Dealers in Central PA. Beans never tired to low ball my trade and gave me fair KBB value up front. I went into the buying process feeling like I needed to be a spartan warrior; the folks at Beans proved me wrong.
Raheel was fantastic! He did everything in his power to help us buy a truck. The dealership was was great in working with us. I will definitely use them to buy another vehicle and tell all my friends of my experience. Ask for Raheel when you go in !
