Will not buy another vehicle from Fred beans. Was told they would set up my trailer for me with my new f150 and the smart towing system. I bought a trailer and then was told that they were too busy to make time for me. Not very good customer service.
I had previously purchased a car from here and it was done on good terms, so I thought I could have another good deal with them being that I would be a loyal customer. However, when we were making a deal, we had no intention of moving forward yet; we were still in the negotiation phase of the process. This will be the 2nd truck I've bought at this dealer. Jake Meyers was my salesman and never once did I feel like I wasn't a #1 customer. I've always used the service as well with my purchased and the whole dealership is just outstanding to work with. I will definitely be using for my next purchase.
